Kayrys

SlidX has just developed the Kayrys, a Gyro-X8, a multi-rotor fixed-wing aircraft with drone technology and an isosceles triangle (delta) wing. This high-capacity aircraft, which can be used for both parcel transport and data collection, is one of the latest innovations in a booming sector.

The Kayrys, the newcomer from young Montreal company SlidX Inc., stands out for its long range and ability to carry a maximum load of 13 kg. With a wingspan of 2.67 meters, the drone has 8 fixed blades and weighs 23 kg. Its range, from 100 km to 120 km, makes it just as useful for transporting medical equipment and goods as it is for collecting data.
